• Light: Provide your plant full sunlight (6 to 8 hours). Over winter, bring your hibiscus inside and place it by a south facing window for maximum sunlight. Lots of light is needed for the best blooms.
• Water: Water your hibiscus a lot over spring and summer. This means as soon as you feel the soil is dry to the touch. Be cautious not to drown your plant as hibiscus do not like wet feet, so make sure you provide good drainage as well. Over fall and winter water less frequently, allowing the top 2” or so to dry out before watering again.
• Feeding: Fertilize your plant once every two weeks during spring and summer. Reduce to monthly during fall and winter.
